D27 chart for medical purposes

Ulcerative colitis is an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) that causes inflammation and ulcers (sores) in your digestive tract.
Ulcerative colitis affects the innermost lining of your large intestine, also called the colon, and rectum.
This case was handled by LA CODE 5001.
The client came with a complaint that he has been suffering from this in month of December 2022.
In his chart, at that time he was running the dasa of Saturn which is Gnati-karaka and placed in 12th house in D27 chart.

Sir, I know a couple of people suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I will check their D27.
Meanwhile, just to understand, I think for this disease to occur, there should be a connection of 5th (Gut), 6th (Intestines) and 8th (Bowels).
Here I see that 12th lord Ju is in 10th with 6th lord Me and and 7th lord Ve (who is the dispositor of 5th lord Su). So 3 soft planets caught in the kshetra of GK (Capricorn).
However not able to connect the 8th lord into this mix. Is it because 10th house is natural exaltation site of 8th lord Mars? If yes, then 10th house in D27 will be the weak spot. And an exchange between 10th-12th lords indicate that trik sthan 12th has to be addressed.
