Refund and Cancellation Policy
Welcome to consultlunarastro.com, a subpart of Lunar Astro Vedic Academy Pvt Ltd (“Lunar Astro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you must not use our services.
1. Non-Refundable Services
Astro-Vastu consultations are non-refundable once a course is purchased or a consultation is booked. The nature of these services requires significant preparation and commitment of resources; therefore, refunds cannot be offered under standard circumstances.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds, if applicable, will be determined solely by the Lunar Astro Committee.
- When a consultation is deemed successful
- When the service is fully utilized or your questions have been answered before the maximum time limit
3. Refund Request Window
- Refund requests must be made within three (3) days of the order or booking.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
If the astrologer fails to predict any past event correctly, the client must exit the call within five (5) minutes of the consultation; only then will the refund request be considered.
4. Payment Issues
If your payment is deducted but you have not received the order, you are eligible for a 100% refund. Please email us at consult@lunarastro.com with your order details, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
5. Consultation Cancellations
If you cancel your consultation, the following deduction structure will apply:
- More than 24 hours before consultation: 10% deduction
- 12–24 hours before consultation: 50% deduction
- 4–12 hours before consultation: 75% deduction
- Less than 4 hours before consultation: No refund
If you join the consultation and leave midway for any reason, no refund will be provided.
6. Refund Process and Timeline
- Refund processing will take a minimum of 30 days from the date of approval.
- All refunds are subject to approval by the Lunar Astro team.
- We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet policy criteria.
7. Products and Book Orders
- Paperback books are delivered within India only.
- If a paperback is ordered for an international address, an e-book will be provided instead.
- No refund will be issued in such cases.
- You must email us to receive the e-book copy.
