Among the consultations that is done among the Panel , a majority of the clients apply for UPSC Exams and wants to clear them by any means – even if they have to sit in home without Job and give multiple attempts in the same – however there have been several cases in which people have been very concerned by not being able to clear this exam and eventually they lose a lot of time and efforts. The agenda of this article is to see which combinations can give Government Jobs at the top positions for which people usually prepare for.
The selection rate of UPSC is 1% – Hence in order to get selected for such a position you have to be able to have the 1% combination in your chart, otherwise you are wasting your time and effort which you could have utilized in doing something more fruitful. Please understand that not everyone is supposed to be selected among the 1000 approx. seats among 10 lakh plus students who actually give the exam – the people who actually get selected in one of the top positions is among the 0.1 % of the total people who appear for the exam.
Below are the combinations which shows involvement with Govt. or getting Government Job at one of the Top positions , all the teachings are through Deepanshu Giri Sir based on what has been taught and from own observations :
D1 Chart:
1 – Lagna Lord being associated with either Sun and Moon while the Lagna Lord itself is strong and aspected or with Malefic Planets who are very focused – Sun/Mars/Rahu.
2 – Sun and Moon being in special positions or their dispositor in Special Positions
3 – Combination of Sun and Venus and one of them having a special position – if debilated then there has to be cancellation.
4 – Combination of the above three combinations associated with the 10th house.
The above combination can be present partially in D1 but has to be present fully in the D9 chart as well for fructification of a high position.
D10 Chart –
1 – Royal Rashis (Cancer, Leo) rising or Rashi of Venus rising and the Lord being well placed or with special planets
2 – Aspect of Sun or Moon to the Lagna
3 – Influence of Mars to the Lagna – Leadership Role
4 – Connection of Sun/Moon in the 10th house being in Special Position
Furthermore there has to be the Dasha of these planets in order to give you the opportunity at the right time – even if you have the combination if the Dasha does not come – you will miss the opportunity.
Results are always given through energies of multiple planets coming together – having just one combination is not enough to secure a Good Government Job and you have to have repeating combinations in special positions as mentioned above in both the D1,D9 as well as D10 chart. Give prime Importance to the Lagna and 10th house of both the D1 and D10 chart as that will determine the level of Status and Position you get.

Almost all the pointers mentioned is applicable as well as the native has Sun Moon Venus in Cancer in the Lagna of the D9 Chart. However the native joined the Job at the age of 34 , in the Dasha of Moon/Venus as a Physiotherapist. This is still not the top position but its a well paid and very stable Job and the native does not have to be dependent on anyone else.
Chart 2 :
Look the the circuits in the chart – almost all the planets are in special positions in the Rashi chart and creating exaltation circuits – along with Sun Aspecting the 1th house and itself is in special position. Furthermore the circuits are repeating in the Dashansh Chart with the Lagan Lord Saturn in Special Position with Moon and Rahu being exalted in the Sign of Venus. This is a chart in which the native is working in the Army as a Commanding officer and carries out missions — The responsibility of Several Lives are on the shoulders of the native and he is performing his duty very diligently for the country. There is also the connection of Sun and Venus in the D10 chart and Sun Is Exalted in The Navansh Chart with Rahu.
See how both the charts have Good combinations but both are in very different positions in terms of responsibilities – the first chart got the Government Job but in Medical Field and that too after a lot of struggle whereas the second chart, having a much higher energy got such a dignified and risky Job and in a much higher Post.
This is the difference between the 1% charts and you have to carry the 1% combinations as well in order to get into such rare posts. To the people who are not able to crack the exams – its better to firstly see the combinations in your chart, see the level till which the circuits are showing up and eventually accept the reality as you may be better off doing something completely different which will eventually give you a lot of mental peace and satisfaction , rather than pursue something for which you do not have the Karma associated with. One you have come to accept the reality you will finally be able to move on and make yourself grow more both mentally and physically and eventually the blockages in your life will go away.
