One simpler answer is that see who is Born the Youngest and Look at the 11th house of that native and the 3rd house of the oldest. Another answer is that look at the higher divisional charts which start to differ and then see the combinations – however you want to do it , you should be able to see the differences between the natives. Even in cases where the native is not twins and only 1-2 planets are altered then as well you will see major differences as now the whole Dasha Pattern and that planet in the divisional charts would have changed as well.

Predictions such as Jupiter in the 3rd house afflicted – Miscarriage after birth of Mother and Native himself will go through complications in childbirth will work 70% of the time but if the same planet occupies a different Navansh or Dashansh will change the whole incident such as Jupiter going from 3rd house to Aries Navansh – one will fight with Teacher because Teacher gave lesses marks or scolded the native too much — whereas in Taurus navansh one will say harsh things to their Guru as native himself have habit to think of himself as all – knowing. It is your task to see how the energy is getting differentiated in each chart.

There was another case today itself – the Person had a Saturn retro with Ketu in the 8th house in Pisces , the Prediction was “Someone Older in Family was sick but then Mistreated due to which they suffered a lot in life” , to which the native said that before his Grandfather passed away he had fought with him for a very silly reason after which he had passed away while the native himself was away. Now this prediction worked in this case because of other combinations as well but it could have also been interpreted in other ways as well – you have to see the chart carefully in order to determine the exact prediction since lakhs of People will have Saturn Ketu combination but will not experience this same event.
