Medical Astrology – Parameters of Health

Identifying Diseases, their severity and then finding the solution via timing and remedies is the main part of Medical Astrology. You will see very specific patters in any health issue of Native and throughout the divisional charts the same combinations would keep on repeating giving the confirmations.

The Agenda of this Article is see the identification of different diseases via certain principles within the chart and seeing their severity. Always remember that when you get a disease in the Body – it basically means that particular energy/frequency has now gone out of Sync and hence causing a disbalance in a negative way. Several times people get diseases due to their own thinking and negative habits such as Back pain due to sitting too much , smoking on regular basis even when they know its bad, Getting Angry and Hyper due to habits even when they know it will increase BP, etc – there are several cases in which “Habits” of Individuals remain the same even when their Body is telling them to change them but they fail to execute the same.
Few days ago someone came and said that they have a Lack of energy but when I was looking at the chart their energy has a disbalance in which the native was focusing all the energy onto Profession and not being able do things outside of that – one of the solutions was to cook food by yourself on regular basis and that would solve most of the issues.

When you get any health issue, firstly try to see what are your habits which are causing the trouble and don’t be afraid to change your routine completely if needed.

For any health issues there are certain points which should be followed on a regular basis and below are some of the most important ones – once you start using these parameters and applying them according you can extend upon the same principals to get even more finer details.

1 – Lagna Lord being afflicted or weak and 6th / 8th becoming more strong.
2 – The above having 2 or more Malefic impact without any saving grace from Venus or Jupiter
3 – The more focal points are Damaged the more severe the disease will be.
4 – Connection of Atmakaraka and Rudra where AK has malefic influence. (For the calculation of Rudra please refer to the Jaimini Sutram as this is important in order to calculate Longetivity of anyone)

The more parameters are fulfilled among the above points , the more severe you can expect the health condition of the native to be.

Below are two case studies related to the disease of Schizophrenia – we will try to see the combinations first according to the above pointers and then check the severity of the disease.

Before even seeing the chart we need to figure out the possible combinations for Schizophrenia – Since this disease effects the Mental behaviour, thinking patterns and causes hallucinations we can say that Moon should be afflicted with either Rahu/Ketu axis along the energy of Mercury should be in a disbalanced state and there should be multiple negative combinations since this is more of a serious and severe disease.

Case 1 :
The Lagna Lord itself has gone under affliction as its conjunct Rahu and dispositor has gone in the 8th house shows some kind of Chronic illness related. Moon has exactly gone in Rahu/Ketu axis with Venus Moon in Mutual aspect showing extreme sensitivity to emotions which can cause aggressive behaviour or extreme mood swings.

The Lagna , Moon and Sun all three focal points are somehow influenced with Rahu/Ketu axis in a negative way which confirms severe disease. Furthermore there is no saving grace of Jupiter with the Lagna and the Lagna Lord as well.
Further Mercury is with Md, Gk and in the 8th house.
The only condition which is not being fulfilled is the connection of AK Sun with the Rudra Mercury. 3 Out of the 4 points are being fulfilled in this case.

Case 2 :

This is another chart with the same disease since 24 years ago – there are similar combinations as per the previous chart. The Lagna Lord has the 8th lord and Mercury is the most troubled among that combination. Moon is again influenced by Rahu/Ketu but has Digbal. The Lagna, Sun and Moon all have afflictions but they themselves are placed in Good houses showing that in spite of the diseases the native will be able to overcome them with medicines – 8th lord in Lagna will give chronic illness , operations (Mercury Ketu), etc but Native will be able to do most of the work on a daily basis.

In this chart the Rudra and Atmakaraka the same which will increase the severity of the Disease. All the points are being fulfilled in this case but due to the Focal points being strong among themselves we can conclude that inspite of facing a lot of bodily issues still the native will be able to live life fully and do their assigned task as usual;

Among these two charts the first chart has a lot more troubled condition as the focal points are damaged whereas in the second chart they are afflicted but well placed due to which the severity of the disease is reduced and the overall life condition is better. The first chart has a more severe version of Schizophrenia in which it is still effecting the native majorly upto this day and causing extreme behaviours , whereas the 2nd Chart has a much more reduced version of the same disease but has other issues like BP and Arthritis but the symptoms of Schizophrenia have reduced since last few years.
