There are several Yogas in chart which get Phalit at different ages depending on the Strength of that Combination. However if the Lagna or any of the Focal points are weak in the chart then the intensity of the Positive Yogas Deplete and Negative Yogas Increase – Its inversely proportional. 

One of the Yogas of Spouse passing Away early in Classics is Saturn Rahu Mars in the 6th/7th/8th house respectively but if the Lagna of your Rashi and Navansh is strong then this Yoga will not be able to give its full effect – same goes for Positive Yogas.

Jaimini Rishi says – If the Atmakaraka is Strong in any chart then the Negative Yogas will not be able to give its malefic effects to its full extent ; However if the Atmakaraka is afflicted then even the Positive Yogas will not be able to deliver the appropriate results.

Let us see a Chart as a Case Study –

First thing you should observe is how is the Lagna placed in the Chart – Among all the other planets this is the only Planet (Moon) which is the most afflicted – being in 6th house aspected by Rahu and then getting debilated in Navansh in isolation. During consultation is asked two things mainly – “Break in Education” , “Unstable Career throughout” and Dasha of Ra/Ve being negative in terms of Money .
The native is supposedly having education only upto 12th and has never done Job – He has Family business of Food in which there is no growth as of now. The native also said that good earnings from Gambling also happened in his life but for a short period of time.

The native is facing problems related to Loans on repeated basis since several years, lost a lot of money as well and is completely dependent on Family inspite of having one of the Best Dhan Yogas — 2nd Lord Venus in 11th house with the 10th Lord and the 2nd lord Sun is also with Exalted Mercury. Under normal circumstances you would think that this is a wonderful chart but since the Lagna Lord Moon is negatively placed, and its dispositor is also without Digbal and Sthan Baal – the Positive Yogas are not getting fructified.

Now lets see what happens on the Contrary –

Here out of the 9 Planets , 6 Planets are in Special Position , however Life often tells a different Story than what the eyes sees – Venus , and Jupiter is exalted but getting the Aspect of Ketu and Saturn on the Lagna. Since the Lagna Lord is well placed now all the other Yogas have the Capibility to Give their Full effects.
Notice 6th Lord of Ketu exalted in the 2nd House while 2nd Lord is creating the Best Dhan Yoga – The Native’s Family is financially stable and both parents are working , However the negatives will also be present – The Parents of the Native is divorced and living separately (Ketu is also in the 9th house exalted).
During the consultation I was not able to pinpoint the Profession exactly however I had said “The Education Industry and Research Will always be involved in her life” to which it was confirmed that her work will involve doing research and studying on a daily basis and that she had studies international relations earlier (I forgot the name of the company so I could not write it here).

The Special combination in this chart was Jupiter being exalted with Moon being housewise Debilated which can give depression and make a person undecisive in nature. While Native has supportive parents, no Financial issues , studied from excellent collage but there is lack of Relations between Parents and she not able to get any Major Breakthrough early on in life in terms of Money and Profession and still has to work hard to actually achieve her goals.

Once you see the combinations carefully you will realise that both the Chart have very different energy levels with Good Dhan and Professional Yogas but only due to the Lagna their lives have turned out to be completely different.
