Logic- 10th house is having mars so the person is dedicated to his work properly but 10th lord retrograde mercury is with jupiter in aquarius sign in 12th house creating trust issues in this person so he was not sure to handover the duty of staff to anybody else but when he kept the statue soon he found a trust worthy person whom he handed over the duty to keep an eye on staff and in present time he is more focused on his family and growing his business but without the amount of stress he was having earlier.
