In astrology, there are so many ways to heal yourself from your bad karma’s. I have seen many astrologer gives spiritual remedy to heal that, many gives stone remedy and many gives some totke type remedy to heal the thing. But, you know when we do any kind of remedy that remedy works only when we do them regularly.
Now, here I m writing this article on yoga based remedy and how a yogic posture can heal your karma.
In vedic scriptures, Yoga was a must do process by every human being because it gives health to body, clear the thoughts, elevate chakra and heal the soul. But as time passes we forgot the essence of this yoga purpose. If you read about its history – you will find out , how it gives many art form from itself like kung-fu, karate, martial arts and many more like this. But here our soul purpose to heal karmic bindings in astrology with the help or yoga or yogic posture.
For Sun-
If you see any chart have sun is in bad position or person lacking sun energy in chart which is confidence, head-ache, vision problem, focus, heart related issue and issues with bosses or father.
Yogic posture-
Sūrya Namaskāra (6–12 rounds, sunrise)
Before doing this yoga, person should chant 108 times Gayatri mantra in Sūrya Mudrā (Ring finger to thumb).
For Moon –
If any person is troubling with emotion, water related disease, curses by any god, ill childhood , not getting comfort.
Yogic posture for healing-
Chandrāsana / Śaśāṅkāsana
If possible try to do this at near any water body but before this do mantra Om namah shivay 108 times by sitting in the mudra of Chin Mudra ( Touch the tip of the thumb with the tip of the index finger).
For Mars –
Low confidence, blood related issues, energy imbalance, Sexual health issue, land related issue and getting support.
Yogic Posture for healing-
Vīrabhadrāsana / Dhanurāsana
If possible try to do it during sun set , before that you should chant 108 times OM HUM HANUMATE NAMAH, in the Rudra Mudrā ( Touch the tip of the thumb with the tips of the index and ring fingers ).
For Mercury-
Speech related problem, communication issue, digestion related issue, curses from kul devi or devta, skin related issue, healthy relation with atmosphere, for competition, nerves related problem.
Yogic posture to heal-
Vajrāsana / Ardha Matsyendrāsana.
I possible then do it in after 1 hour of sun rise by chanting OM GAN GANPATAYE NAMAH 108 times in the mudra of Jñāna Mudrā (touching the tip of the thumb and index finger to create a circle).
For Jupiter
Cough related issue, gland related issue, guru curses, liver related issue, education related issue and being direction less, child birth related.
Yogic posture to heal –
Padmāsana / Paścimottānāsana
If possible do it in braham muhurt, by chanting OM NARAYNAY NAMAH in Guru Mudrā (Bend the index finger and touch its tip to the base of the thumb)
For Venus-
Kidney related issue, relationship relared, sexual health related n, progeny related, money related, curses by kuldevta or devi, luxury related, beauty related and eyes related.
Yogic posture to heal-
Baddha Koṇāsana / Uṣṭrāsana
If possible do it in midnight, by chanting LAKSHMI GAYTRI MANTRA in the Shukra Mudrā ( Interlock all fingers of both hands, Keep the thumbs extended and touching each other at the tips and Hold the mudra gently in front of the lower abdomen or heart area)
For Saturn –
For career problem, hair problem , bones problem , knee problem , curses by animal, gastric issue and hormonal problem.
Yogic posture to heal-
Vṛkṣāsana / Śavāsana
If possible do it just after sun set, by cahnting OM SHAM SHANSHCHARAY NAMAH, 108 times in the Shani Mudrā (Middle finger to thumb).
Rahu /Ketu –
It gives difficulties related to sign and planet, it is sitting. This axis can give any difficulties which is mentioned above according to its position.
Yogic posture to heal-
Sarvāṅgāsana (only if fit) and Sukhasana / Dhyāna
If possible to do it in sandhi kaal by chanting NAVARN MANTRA 108 TIMES in Bhūchara Mudrā ( Place both hands on the knees, Touch the tips of all five fingers together on each hand, Palms remain facing upward, Keep spine erect and breath natural).
If person regularly inclined themselves in these yogic posture , person surely gets very good results to maintain harmony in life.
