1. Lagna Lord and Condition of Lagna – If the Lagna lord is afflicted by Ra/Ke or Lagna Lord is placed in houses of natural rulers – Sun and Moon or Cancer/Leo going in 6th, 8th or 12th navansh or in 6, 8, 12th sign from navansh like suppose if Venus is in Leo in D1 and it goes in Cancer in D9 then it has gone 12 places away from the sign it was originally in D1 then the condition of Lagna Lord is not supportive enough for the person to overcome issues specifically related to addiction.

4. Moon – Condition of Moon is very important because if it is placed with malefics specifically Sat/Ra/Ke or going in Drekkana of Saturn/Rahu/Ketu ruled signs and also in affliction in navansh then the native will become a severe drug addict.
5.    Mercury being 2nd lord and 5th lord is going in Cancer sign with Rahu in severe affliction and goes in Leo navansh and goes in 12th from mulatrikon sign in D1
   Sun with Rahu and Venus in Cancer sign going in Scorpio navansh.
   Moon in Pisces goes in Capricorn navansh and in D3 chart, it is debilitated with Rahu and Sun.

6. D3 chart is mainly use to judge the intention and character of a man while D30 is used to judge the intention and character of a women so use accordingly.

   P.S – The saving grace here is the aspect of Jupiter on Lagna Lord and Jupiter with Lagna Lord of D1 (Venus) conjunct and exalted in D9 and aspecting Lagna Lord of D9 too.
