When we talk about a nakshatra, we often consider a desire which is unfinished or a challenge in this life to overcome which is broadly known as pending karma. Every nakshatra have 4 pada and every pada shows different situation and condition for one challenge or desire.
As , we are vedic astrology student we know, every pada denotes 1-Dharma 2-Artha 3- kaam 4-moksha.
So if we are studying any nakshatra we should consider all parameters of nakshatra , those are basic information of nakshatra and its padas.
Today , I wanna talk about the uttara phalguni nakshatra, which is 12th nakshatra in 27 nakshatra’s. Its lordis sun and symbol is front feet of a bed. It start 26degree 40 minutes from Leo to 10 degree virgo sign. Its Dity is aryaman and urja is udhwadhar urja.
if you see this, nakshatra in sky it start from sexual part of lion ( leo sign) to head of kanya ( virgo sign).
Results of this nakshatra-
Starting fromsexual organ meaning this nakshatra have immense power or capacity in creativity. If You see the people of
this nakshatra with bad influence ( malefic palnets) , you will observe, those people have child birth issue or intimacy issue in life. Cause this nakshatra spread from fire to earth element That means This nakshatra have also power to convert inner interest in to physical phenomena.
If person born in this nakshatra always follow the discipline, if person will not be balanced or disciplined this nakshatra energy will outflow in a way that person will not have healthy environment regarding body or relationship.

Story of this nakshatra-
This nakshatra have two famous stories krihna and arjuna story and a king with illness. I will not deep dive in storis but these two story agenda is devotion and harmony.
Padas of this nakshatra –
1st pada of this nakshatra –
It lies between 26 degree 40 minute to 30 degree in leo. Navmansha will be Sagittarius.
Story of this pada-
Shiva tells Parvati that in the city of Ayodhya there once lived a merchant who was very disciplined in his work and had complete control over his five senses. He was a devotee of Vishnu and regularly served Brahmins. His wife was very beautiful, religious, and deeply devoted to her husband.
The merchant had a Brahmin friend who possessed a large amount of gold, and eventually that Brahmin friend gave some of his gold to the merchant. Later, the Brahmin friend went on a pilgrimage to Varanasi, where he left his body in the sacred city of Kashi. The merchant fully enjoyed and utilized the wealth that he had received from his Brahmin friend. After some time, the merchant and his wife also went on a pilgrimage, where both of them eventually passed away.
In his next birth, the merchant was reborn on Earth in a respected family. Once again, he became a devotee of Lord Vishnu. However, in this lifetime, he failed to return the gold that belonged to his Brahmin friend. Because of this karmic debt, he began to suffer from problems related to children and also remained frequently ill.
Then Lord Shiva explains that to overcome problems related to childbirth and progeny, the native should donate five gemstones. Along with this, a white pumpkin (ash gourd) and a coconut should be floated in a river. Gold should be donated to a Brahmin, and the person should develop detachment from excessive worldly desires and activities. By performing these remedies sincerely, physical illnesses and suffering can gradually be removed.
Meaning- Person suffers problem with child birth due to inappropriate behavior towards society.
Second pada-
0 degree to 3 degree 40 minutes in kanya rashi, Capricorn navmansha.
Story of this pada-
Shiva tells Parvati that in a place called Purushottampur, there lived a jeweler who was highly skilled in his craft, especially in the art of engraving and designing ornaments. One day, a wealthy Brahmin approached him and asked him to make a necklace using 400 tolas of gold. However, the jeweler failed to fulfill his promise and never made the necklace for the Brahmin.
After some time, the Brahmin passed away, and the jeweler used that gold for himself and his wife. Eventually, the jeweler, his wife, and his child also died.
When this soul was reborn again in the mortal world, he first took birth in an animal form and later obtained a human birth. But because of the karmic consequences of his past-life actions, he became unable to have a male child. His wife also suffered from miscarriages and infertility-related problems.
Then Shiva explains that to restore the growth of his lineage and overcome progeny-related suffering, the person should donate one-sixth of his property to a Brahmin, along with 400 tolas of gold as an act of repentance and karmic balance.
Meaning – Person can suffer having Vansh vriddhi due to inappropriate gesture towards gurus.
Third pada of this nakshatra –
3 degree 40 minute to 7 degree 20 minutes kanya rashi, aquerius navmansha.
This pada story –
Shiva tells Parvati that once, in a place called Pattanpur, there lived an oil merchant who was very wealthy and had two wives. The merchant poisoned and killed his elder wife, while he was deeply attached to and affectionate toward his younger wife. After living for many years, the oil merchant eventually died.
After death, he took several births in animal forms and later obtained a human birth, where he became prosperous and intelligent. Eventually, he died in the sacred waters of the Ganges and was again reborn in a human body, gaining wealth and prosperity once more. However, because of the sinful karma from his previous life — especially the act of poisoning and killing his elder wife — he became unable to produce children. His wife also suffered from physical pain, distress, and various hardships.
Then Shiva explains that to overcome problems related to progeny, the person should donate one-eighth of his earnings in charity. Along with this, the donation of a cow and sesame seeds should also be performed. By sincerely carrying out these remedies, issues related to childbirth and lineage may gradually be resolved.
Meaning – person suffers in married life and child birth due to not respecting ladies.
4th pada of this nakshatra –
7 degree 20 minutes to 10 degree kanya rashi, pisces navmansha.
Story of this pada-
Shiva tells Parvati that once, in Gaya, there lived a Brahmin who did not perform Vedic rituals and was addicted to alcohol. He was also involved in theft and frequently visited prostitutes. He spent most of his life living on donations received from others, and eventually died in old age.
After death, the soul was reborn in a lower community known as “Charur,” and later attained the form of a “Preta” (restless spirit or ghost). After that, he took birth in a place called Phalgu as a wild forest cat. Eventually, he again obtained a human birth and was born in the center of a city.
However, due to the karmas of his previous lives, his wife gave birth only to daughters and also suffered from physical pain and suffering. Because of these difficulties, the Brahmin remained unhappy and disappointed throughout his life.
Then Shiva explains that to reduce the effects of these sins, the native should worship Krishna (Keshava) and serve saints and holy people. Along with this, donations and food should be offered to Brahmins. Every year, the donation of a cow along with her calf should also be performed. By sincerely following these remedies, problems related to children and physical suffering can gradually be removed.
Meaning – person suffers in health form due to ill habit.
Case study on basis of this analysis-
I have doe a consultation of a person who was suffering from the child birth issue, the concern was so simple when child will come in their life.
I have seen his chart and I simply asked that –
How is your wife health- he said not good ( when they think about child wife gets serious health issue.)
I asked them – Do you have any extra talk to any other woman beside your wife , he said yes he has a friend in college time and use to talk to her still now.
Then I asked – do you have fights with wife he said no , then I elaborate it that – is there any incident where you disrespect any girl or lady. He said yes when he was 16 years , he use to shout on his sister but he regret it after her marriage.
So by these question I just analyzed how uttara phalguni is giving result to him. His mars is in uttara phalguni in pada 3, you can read the story and meaning of it that why I asked such questions only.
So , In this article I wanna share one thing that is , we are so bonded in nakshatra energy which is so true in our life.
