By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you must not use our services.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Astro-Vastu consultations are non-refundable once a course is purchased or a consultation is booked.
The nature of these services requires significant preparation and commitment of resources; therefore, refunds cannot be offered under standard circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, will be determined solely by the Lunar Astro Committee. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• When a consultation is deemed successful.
  
  
• When the service is fully utilized or your questions have been answered before the maximum time limit.
  
  

3. Refund Request Window

Any refund requests must be made within three (3) days of the order or booking. After this period, refund requests will not be accepted.

If the astrologer fails to predict any past event correctly, the native must exit the call within five (5) minutes of the consultation; only then will the refund request be considered.

4. Payment Issues

If your payment is deducted but you have not received the order, you are eligible for a 100% refund for any type of order.
Please raise a concern by emailing us at consult@lunarastro.com with your order details, and we will address the issue as promptly as possible.

5. Consultation Cancellations

• If you have joined the consultation and left for any reason, or if you cancel the appointment before the consultation date, there will be a 50% deduction from the total fee.
  
  
• This policy is in place to compensate for the time and resources allocated for your scheduled consultation.
  
  

6. Refund Process and Timeline

• The refund process will take a minimum of 30 days from the request or approval date.
  
  
• All refunds are subject to approval by the Lunar Astro team, and we reserve the right to deny any refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
  
  

7. Products and Book Orders

• Paperback books are to be delivered within India only.
  
  
• If you order any paperback book at a foreign address, you will receive an e-book instead, and there will be no refund.
  (You will need to email us to receive the e-book copy.)
